Artist Natalie de Klijn, originally from Laren, makes striking images of people and animals.
The loss of her Hungarian Vizsla Kei prompted the creation of her first sculpture: a lasting memory in bronze. Natalie now produces a lot of free work, as well as commissioned work.
Because of her special love for dogs and horses, she prefers these beautiful animals. Their beauty, fragility and strength give Natalie a lot of inspiration when creating her bronze sculptures.
Each sculpture approaches lifelikeness as much as possible, which means that all her sculptures have a high 'cuddliness factor'. She knows how to capture emotion in bronze like no other.
