    Sabine Eekels went to the Zadkine College in Schoolhoven and after that gained experience at a renowed goldsmith for three years. From 2002 on she is an independent goldsmith-designer of fine art jewelry. Eekels is the owner of Atelier Bockweg en Eekels, based in Vlijmen, Noord Brabant. Her rings have been awarded 'jewelry of the year' on several occasions.
